RMA Protein Bio-feed

The RMA protein bio-feed is produced by our company with the cooperation of Chinese Academy of Science under the conception of advanced peptides and micro-ecologic nutrition. We first transformed the industrial residues into bacterial protein by the liquid fermentation of high yield probiotics mutated by ion beam in Chinese Academy of Science. The second step is the solid fermentation of the bacterial protein mixed with soybean by probiotics with high production of compound enzyme. By these two-step fermentation, our products can be richen with biological active peptides, probiotics spore, digestive enzyme, vitamins, mineral elements and several unknown growth factors.

Properties:

1. RMA protein is a kind of feed product which is constituted with microbial protein and soybean protein fermented with enzyme-producing probiotics. 
2. Soy bean protein was hydrolyzed to short chain peptide by protease during fermentation. Peptide can be easily digested and assimilated compared with protein, so it enhanced feed efficiency. 

3. RMA protein bio-feed contain 1×1010 probiotics spores per gram which would exhaust oxygen in intestines when eaten by animal. Oxygen-free environment in intestines could restrain Escherichia coli and Salmonella bacteria reproducibility and make for the increment of probiotics. 

4. Plentiful exogenous digestive enzyme, vitamin B and unknown growth factor produced during microbial metabolize could enhance total feed digestibility and efficiency with 68%.

5. Abundant glutamic acid and fragrant peptide make RMAprotein bio-feed flavor-smelling.

6. Antinutritional factor in soybean included urease, trypsin, inhibitor, lectin and globin were all eliminated after fermentation, and the level of heavy metal such as arsenic, cadmium, lead and hydrargyrum was also decrease to national hygienically standard for feeds.

7. Small granule, free of dust and fluidity, easily to add and mix.

Usages: This product can be used to substitute soybean or fishmeal for feed of chickens and ducks with 25%, pigs, cattle and sheep with 58%, shrimpand crab with 71%, fur and skin animals with 81%.
